Bio: Following their dream of innkeeping in one of the most quintessential areas of New England, Steven and his wife Lauren, as well as their two Labradors, left the corporate world behind to move to Vermont. Thirteen years later, after buying and selling both commercial and residential real estate, they are the current owners of The Dorset Inn. They have enjoyed the process of purchasing and renovating inns, restaurants and houses from Bennington to Manchester to Weston and The Mountain Top Inn & Resort in Chittenden. Steve's strength in this market is identifying both commercial and residential properties with good value and strong location and character that can be enhanced with simple renovation or complete modernization.

Background: Leaving his corporate career behind as the Latin America Manager for Texas Instruments Portable Computing division, Steven and his wife settled in southern Vermont 1998 after an exhaustive search for the quintessential New England country inn. Now after having purchased and operated three hospitality businesses in the area and having bought, remodeled and sold several homes, Steve has decided to pursue his passion and devote his time and energy to the marketing of real estate.
